What a surprise went into Aerus., I needed pricing on a new Vacuum and possible water system, I was met met by a very nice young lady showed me lots of vacuums and explained the difference so I could choose what I needed not what they want you to buy absolutely no pressure. Took all this home for my husband he ordered both and the service and installation has been top quality smooth and even cleaned up after you couldn't tell there were there. I 100% recommend them and will continue to do business with them.
I have several products from Aerus Electrolux including the Central Vacuum, Air Purification, Water Filtration and Portable Heater. I have nothing but praise for the company especially since Eric Miner took over. Great quality products with the latest technology and fantastic customer service. The installers are professional and Eric handles any and all issues quickly with no issues. I met one of Office Managers Chrystine at the Big E and was treated like a VIP client. I am a loyal customer who highly recommends both Aerus Palmer and Aerus Hadley in Massachusetts.
Although they are not inexpensive, an Electrolux canister vacuum cleaner is absolutely the best vacuum cleaner in the world. I have had an Electrolux Diplomat vacuum cleaner with a motorized rug beater since I bought it in 1985. It is now May 25, 2019 (34 years) and it is still sucking up dirt with tremendous suction. The electric motor which runs the vacuum has never burned out and has never been replaced.
As the meticulous, methodical and vastly underrated President Calvin Coolidge so pithily noted: "No enterprise can exist for itself alone. It ministers to some great need, it performs some great service, not for itself, but for others; or failing therein, it ceases to be profitable and ceases to exist." Electrolux has indeed effectively ministered to the "great need" Coolidge talks about. The Electrolux company should be proud that they manufactured a product with so much effectiveness and durability. 34 years of continuous use without a motor burn out? Amazing!
